Limited Lifetime Warranty

Structural Warranty Every first-quality Jackman wheel is warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship resulting in structural failure under normal and intended use — for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

This warranty applies only when wheels are used within published vehicle application guidelines, wheel load ratings, approved tire size parameters, and installation requirements. Failure to follow Jackman's installation and fitment guidelines may void this warranty.

Five-Year Premium Finish Warranty All painted, machined, and clear-coated finishes are warranted against peeling, flaking, blistering, lifting, and abnormal finish separation for five years from the original retail purchase date under normal use and proper maintenance.

What We'll Do If a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed, Jackman Wheel Company will, at its sole discretion, repair the wheel, replace it with the same model, or replace it with a comparable current-production model of equal value.

What's Not Covered This warranty does not cover removal, installation, tire mounting, balancing, shipping, freight, labor, vehicle downtime, loss of use, or incidental expenses. It also does not apply to damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, potholes, curbs, rocks, debris, trail impacts, racing or motorsport use, overloading, towing beyond rated limits, spacers or non-approved hardware, incorrect tire sizing, machining, welding, repair, modification, cosmetic blemishes from tire mounting, chemical corrosion, road salt, harsh cleaners, climate exposure, neglect, or shipping and handling damage after delivery.

How to File a Claim All claims must be submitted through your authorized Jackman Wheel Company dealer or distributor. Your claim must include proof of purchase, wheel model and size, vehicle year/make/model, photographs of the issue, and a description of operating conditions. Jackman Wheel Company reserves the right to inspect all products prior to final determination.

Non-Transferability This warranty applies solely to the original retail purchaser and becomes void upon transfer of ownership.
