Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment Every Jackman wheel is inspected before it leaves our facility. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, wheels must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Any wheel that has been mounted, balanced, or shows signs of installation is not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return Contact us at [support email] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within one business day with return instructions and a return authorization number. Do not ship anything back without a return authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Jackman Wheels is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective wheel, contact us at [support email] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call.

Wrong Item Received If we sent the wrong product, contact us immediately. We'll cover return shipping and get the correct item out to you as fast as possible.

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, finish, or model, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return:

  • Wheels that have been mounted or installed
  • Wheels with damage caused after delivery
  • Orders outside the 30-day return window
  • Custom or special-order items
