Where We Ship Jackman Wheels currently ships to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time. We'll announce when that changes.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information included.
Shipping Carrier All orders ship via FedEx Ground. Delivery estimates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery windows are estimates based on FedEx Ground transit times from Southern California:
- West Coast (CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA): 1–3 business days
- Mountain / Southwest (CO, UT, ID, NM, TX): 3–5 business days
- Midwest / Central (IL, MO, MN, KS, AR): 5–7 business days
- East Coast (NY, FL, GA, NC, PA, OH): 6–8 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We do not inflate shipping costs — what you see at checkout is what we're charged by FedEx.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. Use it at fedex.com or reply to your shipping confirmation and we'll help you track it down.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and wheels immediately before unpacking further and contact us at [support email] within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with FedEx to resolve it as quickly as possible. Jackman Wheels is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by FedEx.
Multiple Box Shipments Wheel sets ship as individual boxes — one box per wheel. Your tracking email may show multiple tracking numbers. All boxes in your order should arrive within the same delivery window but may not arrive on the exact same day.
