How it works — in plain terms

The wheel barrel starts as a cast aluminum form, shaped to near-final dimensions.
The barrel is then placed under a radial forming process that precisely controls how material flows outward under pressure.
This controlled flow densifies the aluminum grain structure, strengthening the barrel wall without increasing thickness.
